Conditions of Review by MCBD Conveyancing

We require at least three (3) business days to review a Contract and ask that a copy be emailed to us at admin@melbcbd.com.au

Please also request the Blank Contract note, as well as any General / Special conditions accompanying contract. 

You are charged an upfront amount of $120+GST for our contract review service.

The above cost is per review undertaken by our Licensed Conveyancer.

PPR CONCESSION FORM & FIRST HOME BUYER DUTY REDUCTION

For Principal Place of Residence (PPR) Concession:

  • The total purchase price is more than $130,000 but not more than $550,000; and
  • You have purchased:
    1. an existing home, or
    2. land on which a home will be built; and
  • the property purchased will be used as your principal place of residence for a period of no less than 12 months commencing within 12 months of the settlement date.

To claim the PPR Concession you are required to complete this form.

For First Home Buyer Duty Concession (Currently 50%):

  • you are eligible to receive the First Home Owner Grant;
  • the total purchase price does not exceed $600,000; and
  • you have purchased:
    1. an existing home, or
    2. land on which a home will be built; and
  • the property purchased will be used as your principal place of residence for a period of no less than 12 months commencing within 12 months of the settlement date.
To claim the First Home Buyer Duty Concession you are required to complete this form.

1st HOME BUYERS

For contracts entered into on or after 1 July 2013 to build a new home (includes off the plan purchase), a payment of up to $10,000 is available for eligible first home buyers. More information on the First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) is available here.
